LaurelBooks

LaurelBooks are fine collections of poetry and prose that explore the many issues associated with confronting serious physical and/or psychological illness.  The Arnold P. Gold Foundation for the Advancement of Humanism in Medicine (www.humanism-in-medicine.org) is our LaurelBooks partner.

Together, we work with communities of medical and health professionals, other caregivers, and those living with illness to expand their knowledge and understanding by offering free readings and panel discussions with authors, physicians and psychologists.

LaurelBook readings are planned or have taken place at the following venues:
